01 · What it does

From filters to file.

Pick the slice of orders you care about, export once, and get a transaction-level CSV that drops straight into Affinsy or any spreadsheet.

  1. New vs returning customers

Isolate first orders to study acquisition, or returning customers to study loyalty and repeat baskets.

  2. Order value range

Set minimum and maximum order totals to focus on high-value carts, or on small baskets with upsell room.

  3. Date range and status

Export any window and only the statuses you want, for example Completed, so refunds and drafts stay out of the analysis.

02 · Next step

You have the file. Now read it.

The export is the exact shape Affinsy mines: one row per order line. Upload it during the 7-day free trial and get association rules, customer segments, product lineage, and a ranked test backlog from the same file.

Affinsy report, product lineage graph for Bark mulch: products bought before it on the left, co-purchases and later orders on the right, with depth, lift and support controls
Product lineage
Before · with · after
one graph per product, in the trial

The plugin shows one pair. The trial shows the whole pattern.

Affinsy is free for 7 days. Upload the same export inside the app and every product gets a lineage: what customers buy before it, what lands in the same basket, and what they come back for afterwards. Step deeper, raise the lift floor, click any product to move the view there. That is how you find the pattern, not just the pair.

  • Every association rule, not just the top pair
  • Product lineage: what is bought before, with, and after each product
  • Customer segments with counts, revenue share, and exportable lists
  • A ranked test backlog: which bundle, cross-sell, or campaign to try first

Order Exporter specifics

Is the plugin really free?

Yes. The Order Exporter is free on the official WordPress.org repository. There is no paid version and no locked feature. Affinsy, the analysis product, has its own 7-day free trial.

What does it require?

A self-hosted WordPress site with WooCommerce: WordPress 5.0 or newer and WooCommerce 4.0 or newer.

How does it decide a customer is new?

It checks order history in your store. New customer means the exported order is the first one tied to that customer ID or email; Returning means the customer has more than one order.

How is this different from other export plugins?

Most exporters produce one row per order. This one produces one row per order line and adds customer-type and order-value filters, which is the precise slice and format Market Basket Analysis needs, with no cleanup step.
