RFM segments, ready for Omnisend campaigns.
Affinsy scores every customer in your order history on recency, frequency, and monetary value, groups them into segments like Champions and At risk, and exports any of them as a CSV with Omnisend-ready headers. No integration to install, and Affinsy never touches your Omnisend account.

How segments get into Omnisend
Two steps: export the segment from your RFM report, then import it with Omnisend's own contact import. You control exactly which customers move and when.
- Run an RFM analysis on your order history (CSV upload, webhook, or API).
- In the customer table, filter to the segment you want: Champions, At risk, Hibernating, or any other.
- Pick Omnisend in the export dialog and download the CSV with Omnisend-ready headers.
- In Omnisend, import contacts from the CSV.
- Map the extra columns (Segment, Total Spent, Recency, Frequency) to contact properties.
- Segment campaigns and automations by those properties: winback for At risk, VIP treatment for Champions.
Segments with substance, not just a list of emails.
Every customer scored on recency, frequency, and monetary value, then grouped into segments like Champions, Loyal, At risk, and Hibernating, each with counts and revenue share before you export.
Winback offers for At risk, VIP treatment for Champions, re-permission for Hibernating. Each segment maps to a campaign you can build the same day you import it.
Omnisend specifics
No. Affinsy never touches Omnisend. You download a CSV that is formatted for Omnisend's import and upload it yourself. There is no OAuth grant, no API key exchange, and your customer list never syncs anywhere automatically.
No, and that is deliberate: you review exactly which customers leave Affinsy and when. To refresh a segment, re-run the analysis and export again. On the Agency plan you can also pull segment data over the REST API and automate the handoff in your own pipeline.
A stable customer identifier is enough for segmentation itself, but Omnisend needs real email addresses to import contacts. If your customer ID column is not emails, Affinsy warns you before exporting.
The standard RFM taxonomy, scored from recency, frequency, and monetary value: Champions, Loyal, Potential loyalists, Need attention, About to sleep, At risk, Hibernating, and more. Each segment shows its customer count and revenue share before you export.
